Our Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy

This is a vine planted on a very steep hillside (30 to 40% difference in altitude), facing south. This vine was planted from 1980 to 1982. It is managed under the strict conditions of the Chablis tradition.
It extends from the bottom of the valley to the top of the hillside. Its Kimmeridgian subsoil gives it the intensity and typical character of a great Chablis premier cru. Each year, the maturity takes place without any complex. This wine is aged for 12 to 18 months in stainless steel vats before being bottled. It can be drunk quite young because it has a lot of richness and fruitiness, but its good acidity can satisfy without fear lovers of old wines and collectors of exceptional vintages.
