Our Chablis Old Vines
It comes from a few vines aged 70 years and over. The soil is generally calcareous, limestone (Portlandian). It is a full-bodied, fleshy and generous wine, with aromas of minerality and fruit (such as apricot).

Tasting notes:
Color : golden yellow with a slightly green sheen, shiny.
Nose : iodized and floral (wild white flowers in spring)
Palate : round and mineral with a spicy, even peppery, hint, good length with lots of fat.
Chablis Vieilles Vignes can be served in the lounge at 4 p.m. with small dry biscuits, as an aperitif or at the table with more subtle dishes (langoustine, fish quenelles, etc.)
