Our Petit Chablis
Generally harvested on the plateaus, it is produced on a slightly clayey subsoil, which gives a tender and light wine, but relatively dry.
Prolonged aging would only make it lose its youthful characteristics. It can age 2 to 5 years.

Tasting notes:
Color : bright yellow, like light gold, with a slight green reflection.
Nose : expressive, white flowers tending towards iodine.
Palate : round with a hint of minerality, all in suppleness, correct length. Well expressed wine and good in the mouth, it can be appreciated now.
It can be drunk at any time of the day and will be appreciated as an aperitif or during a lunch. It goes perfectly with cold meats and many cooked dishes. It should be consumed between 10 and 12°C.
