A late vintage !!!
Our vineyards become mature; the harvests began on September 22nd under the sun and the wind. And spread out on about ten day. In order to harvest each grape with optimum maturity. That is in sugar and in gustative quality. Our first impressions of this year even if it is still too much early to determine the complete profile. A powerful mouth with beautiful balances emerges from it and a promising aromatic potential.
